May 13 – The Art of Connection
There are 3 types of connection that are paramount to experiencing success from the inside out. We will use mindfulness techniques to uncover your connection points. Dianne will lead your through several exercises for your continued use as you develop deeper and more productive connections.
June 10 – The Art of Alignment
Inner alignment is the key to amazing creativity in your daily life. All areas of your life are enhanced when you are aligned. Dianne will demonstrate inner alignment techniques and ways to use them to maintain your flow and connections.
July 8 – The Art of Authenticity
Authenticity is the most revered quality in people these days. Jamey Kowalski of Growing Balance will be co-presenting the power of authenticity. You will move from a goal setter to a goal getter! Giving and receiving are the opposite sides of the same coin. Giving is a vital part of our flow and being mindful in this process allows us to be better receivers. If you are out of balance with your giving, this workshop to close the summer will take you through techniques to keep your balance.
This series is designed to brighten your inner spark. Using Mindfulness as the basis, you will explore its relevance to each topic as they apply to your daily life. Each session will include mindfulness practice.
