Today is a day to remember our many rich blessings that are made possible by those who serve each one of us on a moment by moment basis. Grateful living allows me to freely honor those who answer their inner call to serve.
I reflect today on the deep and moving gratitude I experience when I go within and allow myself to really, really connect with the power of service and commitment that our military personnel must experience as the way they live. My Grandfather was the 2nd most decorated Marine in World War I. My father served in the Army. My nephew is serving in the Navy. I have many close friends who have served or are serving our country as military personnel.
On this Veteran’s Day I come apart for a while and offer silent gratitude for those who freely serve and give so that we may sleep at night. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
